If a sporting event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed by more than 36 hours from its original scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amounts returned as real balance. For combination bets, the selection tied to the cancelled event will be disregarded and the bet's odds recalculated accordingly.
If incorrect odds are identified — whether due to a technical error, human error, or a data feed issue — 19win reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the erroneous odds and refund the staked amount. The user will be notified of the cancellation via the account dashboard.
